Khao Kradong Forest Park is a relaxation spot on Khao Kradong which is an extinct volcano and at the present, it is a small pool which has water throughout the year. On the top of mountain, it houses ‘Phra Suphattharabophit’ — a large Buddha image that is the symbol of Buriram. There is also an ancient Prang Ku in which is located a duplicate Buddha footprint. The forest park has a lot of interesting indigenous plants under the supervision of the Wildlife Conservation Office of the Royal Forestry Department. Buriram Provincial Authorities have developed it into a major tourist spot by conserving nature and the environment in pristine condition. Numerous tourists come here on weekends.
